Monthly, Portsmouth’s Clements Marketplace maintains a “Change for Charity” jar at the exit to the market. Each month they award the collection to a local charity. For September 2016, Clements selected the Portsmouth Historical Society as their charity and sent a donation in the sum of $130.16.
