Portsmouth Displays Declaration

The Historical Society in cooperation with the Town of Portsmouth held a commemoration of the signing of the Declaration of Independence with a viewing of Portsmouth’s copy of the Declaration.  Historian John Parillo provided a lecture on RI signer William Ellery.  See the Video Theater with a link to the Video othe event
